Biography: Mrs. Winter studied architecture at the University of Virginia (B.S. Arch 2002, M.Arch 2004), working part-time during her education at two local architecture offices in Charlottesville, VA. After completing her Master’s degree, she began working at Clark Construction Group, LLC. Mrs. Winter has led the construction for a wide cross-section of building types: historic renovations, high-end law firm and corporate interior fit-outs, restoration of national monuments, heavy civil road and rail projects, the Washington Harbor water fountain and ice rink, residential, and base building (core-and-shell) projects.

From 2009-2011, Mrs. Winter was heavily engaged in the pursuit and award of Phase 2 of the Silver Line project, which is currently being constructed by Capital Rail Constructors, a JV of Clark and Kiewit. From 2011-2013, Mrs. Winter led the MidAtlantic Interiors and Special Construction division. From 2014-2015, Mrs. Winter, as Design Executive for The Wharf project in Washington, DC, led Clark and its design partners through an accelerated design period on this $457 M mixed-use waterfront project. Currently Mrs. Winter co-leads one of Clark’s MidAtlantic business units, managing commercial, residential, and higher educational projects.
