How to use Zoom without an Account<\/h2>\n

There are many ways to join a Zoom meeting, but the easiest way to join as a guest is to click the link that we are providing for you.<\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>: You can join the meeting from your browser without\u00a0downloading Zoom<\/a>\u00a0first. Joining meetings from a web browser gives you access to Zoom features you will need to participate in the Symposium Sessions.<\/p>\n

Use the link we provided.<\/p>\n

  1. Click the ATTEND SESSION invite on the Project Management Symposium website.<\/li>\n
  2. On your web browser, a pop-up window will prompt you to open or download the application.<\/li>\n
  3. In the pop-up window, click\u00a0Cancel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. At the bottom of the page, click the\u00a0Join From your Browser<\/strong>\u00a0link.<\/li>\n
  5. In the pop-up window at the top-left corner of the screen, click\u00a0Allow<\/strong>\u00a0to allow Zoom permission for your microphone and camera.<\/li>\n
  6. In the\u00a0Your Name<\/strong>\u00a0field, enter a display name.<\/li>\n
  7. Click\u00a0Join<\/strong>.\u00a0 You will join the meeting as a guest.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
