Session is 45 minutes in length: 5 minute introduction, 30 minute speaker presentation, and 10 minutes for Q&amp;A.<\/li>\n<li>On-demand presentations that will be pre-recorded on Zoom (up tp 20 sessions). Presentation is 30 minutes in length.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"process\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><b>Submission Process<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>1) Submit Abstracts + 3 Minute Demo<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Includes submittal of: presentation title, abstract, speaker bio and headshot plus demo video. Video required for first time, non-government speakers. Previous and government speakers are exempt from the demo video requirement.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a02) Review by UMD<\/p>\n<p>3) If selected, submit presentation (in UMD developed powerpoint template) and recording of your session<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Submitted presentations fall into three categories:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">a) Refine and submit a new recording (for on-demand sessions only)<br \/>\nb) Recording is accepted (ready for upload to Symposium website &#8211; on-demand sessions only)<br \/>\nc) Refine presentation slides (if needed), submit updated
