This large-scale IT initiative required meticulous planning, transparent communication, and active stakeholder engagement to ensure its success. We will delve into the methods used to keep all parties informed, manage expectations, and foster collaboration across the campus community.
Key aspects of the presentation will include identifying key stakeholders, developing a robust communication plan, and implementing best practices for continuous and transparent communication. We will also discuss the challenges faced, such as managing resistance and ensuring buy-in from diverse groups, and how these were effectively mitigated.

With a keen eye for detail and passion for project efficiency and effectiveness, he leverages his analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to achieve project objectives. He has 6 years of project management experience, ranging from managing complex infrastructure projects to managing the digital transformation of websites into a content management system. He currently holds certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Change Management, Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), and ITIL foundations. When he is not managing projects, he enjoys cooking and hiking with his partner.
