He has over 30 years of experience helping organizations around the world to be successful with solution delivery using Agile, Lean, Traditional, and Hybrid approaches. As an enterprise and team coach, his passion is reinvigorating struggling agile shops, helping them to return to the joy and productivity that teams experienced when they first learned about agile. He lives in Calgary, Alberta, and as a pilot enjoys flying in the foot hills of the Canadian Rockies.
