Today’s project manager needs to negotiate in high stakes, high pressure situations. If you face high dollar sales, expensive disputes, increasing operational costs, or regular customer backcharges, this session has your back.

We will cover the Bargaining Cycle and partnership approach and skills to get you winning outcomes. Improve your financial position, enhance relationships, settle claims, complete acquisitions, and sustain your business.

Negotiation starts before you sit down with your counterpart. This session will increase your confidence and negotiation proficiency as you identify your project risk areas, create a favorable environment, perform CPA-level analysis skills, and bargain to win. You will learn to open discussions, find your counterpart’s why, ask “what/how” questions, use time to your advantage, and avoid time-consuming emotional tactics.
