Presentation: Project Management – Don’t Touch The Hot Plate Twice

Abstract: A Project Manager is successful when she/he has implemented the project goals with a good amount of buy-in from the stakeholders. “Change Management” is a critical part of the job for any Project Manager. It requires a rallying cry, (avoiding the hot plate), good communication skills to articulate it and a DNA of a good leader to make “Change” an art of living. The art of living comes from being an invisible leader where you create a good road map and catch people doing things right, so the team starts to build on the positive reinforcement and starts to manifest the change. This presentation is about the journey of change management and how you help the organization to not touch the hot plate twice.

Key Take-Aways:

  • Go Slow to get there Fast
  • Be the Invisible leader
  • When Change becomes the Art of Living
