Known for his ability to foster collaboration and streamline processes, Michael has successfully led large-scale transformations, enhancing project outcomes and operational effectiveness across multiple industries. Currently, he leads the project management office for AXS as the PMO Director leading a global team of 18 technical project and program managers and is the practice leader for MGP Consulting and Training.
