Learn about how project management in government requires a special skill set, and how this translates to and from the private sector. Yet when federal employees are no longer in public service, they fear their skills are not up to par with private sector expectations. We know this to be patently false. This presentation demystifies the federal service to private sector divide. For example, these 2 principles stand out that many feds naturally live out every day: Servant Leadership and Stewardship.
