Paper: Government Program/Project Management Offices: Best Practices and Lessons Learned
Abstract: Program and project management are consistently on the General Accountability Office’s annual High-Risk list. What can government program and project management offices do to effectively and efficiently manage programs and projects? The presenter will describe the findings of his case study research into Federal, state, and local program and project management offices. He will demonstrate the best practices and effective strategies practiced by exemplary government program and project offices.
