This presentation will focus on Performance Management coaching and best practices utilizing the framework of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) intertwined with messages from the New York Times best seller Crucial Conversations. Engaging strategies on team evaluation, coaching, delegation and performance through the lens of a project manager with high EQ will be shared.
