Abstract:

We examine the impact of project team characteristics (project team autonomy, project team diversity, and adaptive performance of project team members) and client collaboration on Project Agility using empirical data collected from 190 project managers. Project agility is examined along three dimensions – project agility timeliness, project agility extensiveness, and project agility efficiency. The results of this study add valuable insights to the extant project management literature.
