- The Move to Digital – What that means for Human Capital and Talent in an Organization. Digital is more than just AI, Process Automation, Machine Learning, etc. Digital is a mindset. Without that mindset, further investment in technology is mainly wasted.
- The Rise of the Individual – Leading a new generation and meeting their expectations requires different leadership approaches, different views on work, the use of technology, schedules, work/life balance, wellness, etc. And with multiple generations at work, different approaches should be used.
