Abstract: In this presentation, Dr. Al Nizami will present a framework to build High Performance Enterprise Project Management Offices. Using their years of experience working as project management leaders, teaching, research, and consulting, Dr. Al Nizami will share insights into the importance of building Enterprise Project Management Offices, the ways in which leaders and members of those offices can turn them into high performance machines, introduce a framework on how to get it done and consistently achieve high reliability, and how to maintain a strategic alignment between Enterprise Project Management Offices, other project management offices within the organization and the organization’s overall strategic plan.
