Presentation: Servant Leadership
Abstract: Servant Leadership is a lifelong journey. It’s a life and leadership philosophy…if truly lived, changes everything. A term coined by Robert Greenleaf that begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve first. The conscious choice brings one to aspire to lead. Who is the best leader you would follow? Servant Leadership isn’t about giving people everything they need regardless. Many leaders will be working within the constraints of a tight budget and with little time at their disposal. Let’s talk about the basic principles of Servant Leadership and understand the best test that is difficult to administer and yet so simple.
