Abstract: Scrum is the most popular Agile practice worldwide and it continues to grow rapidly. The lightweight framework has a proven track record for projects with sophisticated requirements, unique design, and tight deadlines.

JJ Sutherland is the author of The Scrum Fieldbook: A Master Class on Accelerating Performance, Getting Results and Defining the Future. And the co-author of the bestseller Scrum: The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half of the Time (written with Scrum co-creator Dr. Jeff Sutherland).

JJ will share the latest learnings in the use of Agile and Scrum radically increase organizational productivity, decrease time to market, lower risks, and drive results directly to the bottom line. The presentation will provide a hands-on, practical guide for successfully implementing Scrum and focus on the use of this framework beyond its software roots. He will share how client Schlumberger was able to land their large scale ERP implementation using Scrum and other case-studies from his latest book.
