Abstract:

36.2 million Americans are expected to be working remotely by 2025 which would be an 87% increase from the number of remote workers prior to the pandemic. In some business sectors, this trend will continue into the foreseeable future. Nevertheless, project managers are still expected to manage projects to on time, on budget completion, meeting all quality control standards. This presentation focuses on embracing the future trends of remote work and provide tips on creating a culture that embraces remote work. When implemented successfully, this new culture will impact projects of all sizes and types, increasing resource availability, productivity and collaboration while decreasing budget pressures.
