Internal and External audits are to be expected for any project that is large, risky, or that contains sensitive financial or personal data. In this presentation Bob will explain how auditors approach their tasks and the mistakes that many if not most organizations and managers make that hurt them and their organizations. He will then discuss the “tricks of the trade” and lessons learned from auditors and audits to teach you to not only survive audits but to anticipate and be prepared for them. Using these approaches Bob will help you build productive relationships with the auditors inside and outside your organization.
