Pending: Applying ISO9001 to Organizational Change

Abstract:

Companies routinely implement changes to increase organizational performance. Several factors contribute to its success, including developing new policies, managing interrelated processes and involving people at all levels. This paper will explore applying some of the International Standard Organization 9001’s quality management principles during organizational change to achieve desired results more efficiently.
