Abstract: In this session we will review techniques and methods to develop a truly effective and fully integrated Project Management scorecard for quickly and easily assessing the performance of your projects. Many organizations are using complicated dashboards and comprehensive reporting tools like Earned Value Management which in a lot of cases add unnecessary confusion and complexity to your projects and management teams. With a simple “Integrated Project Management Scorecard” methodology organizations can quickly see what is going on, where the problems lie, and make decisions on key actions.
Through this showcase of simple tools and techniques attendees will gain an appreciation for how integrated project management works thereby demystifying the concept and uncovering how it will help them better manage their projects for long-term success.

Biography: Over 20 years of experience managing and running large scale programs for the Federal Government. Mr. Bone has worked with many Fortune 500 companies and several government agencies over his career as a PM Specialist including the Department of Education, Army, Air Force, Navy, Homeland Security, Health & Human Services and even Center for Medicare/Medicaid.
