How Many PDUs Can you Earn
If you attend all the live sessions (one per time slot) on April 20-21, 2023, you can earn up to 10.5 professional development units (PDUs). There are eight (8) sessions on Thursday, April 20, 2023 and six (6) sessions on Friday, April 21, 2023. That’s fourteen (14) sessions each worth 0.75 hours for a total of 10.5 PDUs. If you review all the recorded sessions, you can earn up to 27 PDUs. See the two tables below.
PDU – Symposium Completion Certificates
If you would like to receive a PDU Completion Certificate for your attendance during the two-day LIVE event on April 20-21, 2023 (up to 10.5 PDUs) or the recorded sessions, please complete the PDU Request Forms below. A PDF version of the completion certificate will be emailed to you.
PDU Certificate Request Form- LIVE Event April 20-21, 2023m (earn up to 10.5 PDUs), The Certificate will be emailed to you by May 31, 2023.
PDU Certificate Request Form – Recorded Sessions (earn up to 27.0 PDUs if attended live symposium and up to 37.5 if only watching recorded sessions)

How to Claim Your PDUs:
To report PDUs, visit this URL : https://ccrs.pmi.org/login/index?ReturnUrl=%2f
You will need to login.
Next you will click on “PDUs” on the navigation menu, then Select “Report PDUs”.
Potential activities in which you participated are categorized by Education or Giving Back (in two columns).
LIVE Portion of Symposium
For the live portion of the 2023 Project Management Symposium, select the “Course or Training” button under the Education Category.
The information to enter is:
Provider: University of Maryland Project Management Center for Excellence
Course: (Enter the Name of the Session you Attended) from the 2023 Project Management Symposium
Date Started: Either April 20, 2023 or April 21, 2023
Date Completed: Either April 20, 2023 or April 21, 2023
URL: Use the URL of the session you attended
PDUs Claimed: 0.75 per session. Be sure to indicate which PMI Talent Triangle category: Ways of Working, Power Skills, Business Acumen.
Special Note: You will need to submit each session you attended separately on the PMI website, each session is worth 0.75 PDUs. Descriptions of each session which are needed to submit are found in the individual session pages.
Recorded Sessions portion of the Project Management Symposium
For the recorded sessions portion of the 2023 Project Management Symposium, select the “Online or Digital Media” button under the Education Category.
The information to enter is:
Provider: University of Maryland Project Management Center for Excellence
Title: (Enter the Name of the Session you Reviewed) from the 2023 Project Management Symposium
Date Started: Enter the data needed
Date Completed: Enter the data needed
URL: Enter the URL of the session you reviewed
PDUs Claimed: 0.75 per session. Be sure to indicate which PMI Talent Triangle category: Ways of Working, Power Skills, Business Acumen.
Please be sure to click the button right before submit that says, “I agree this claim is accurate.”
Once you hit the “Submit” button you will receive a claim ID number.
