Event Details

  • Dates: Thursday, April 20, 2023 and Friday, April 21, 2023
  • Agenda – The full program will be released in January 2023 following the acceptance of all the session speakers.
  • Format: Hybrid: event will be offered both in-person and virtually.  Speakers are required to present in-person
  • Session Length: Each session will be 45 minutes in length which includes: a 5 minute introduction, 30 minute speaker presentation, and 10 minutes for Q&A.’

December 8, 2022 Acceptance notifications released via e-mail
December 16, 2022 Speaker acceptance deadline
December 16, 2022 Registration deadline for all speakers

January 17, 2023 Deadline for submitting session promo video
