Presentation: Conversational Leadership: Convening Conversations that Otherwise Wouldn’t Happen

Unfortunately, we live in tenuous times. Lack of deeply aware conversations are one facet of what got us to this point. “The best time to plant a tree is 500 years ago, the second best time is right now.” Let’s explore how Project Management is basically an attempt to convene conversations that need to happen.

Participants will learn and practice deep conversational awareness through three questions:

  1. What is the conversation we need to be having right now?
  2. In what way do we need to have this conversation?
  3. How is this conversation forming community?
