Biography: Chief Commercial officer – Elite Laboratories Inc. (Northvale New Jersey) and Founder and Chairman – ARCpoint Laboratories of Washington DC, Kirk Kirkov is a “serial” entrepreneur whose passion is to identify project opportunities to transplant “best-practices” across continents and cultures by recruiting and coaching the teams that bring each project to fruition. Kirk is the founder of several start-up companies in the emerging markets of Central and Eastern Europe focusing on healthcare (Medical Clinics and Laboratories), Emergency Services (Air Ambulance and Industrial Fire and Emergency Services), and Environmental Services (waste management / landfilling). The common threads across all these successful ventures are the people making up the High-Performing Teams that have made each project come to fruition.

Kirk holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Ottawa, a dual Master’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Naval Architecture and Ocean Systems Management, an MBA from Durham University Business School in the United Kingdom, and a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London. During his free time, Kirk loves to take his family on sailing trips discovering exotic ports of call in the Mediterranean.
