Project Management Experts (PME) is just that, a consortium of project management experts with at least 20 years of experience who have re-directed their careers to improving the project management competency of our clients. Our training classes focus on instruction for the entry level project manager needing basic project management training to the certification holder needing professional development units (PDUs). Our curriculum is specifically focused to support the Project Management Institutes (PMI) Talent Triangle which aims to create more well-rounded project managers by assuring their training is in the 3 primary areas of technical project management, leadership, and strategic and business management.
