How to use Zoom without an Account

There are many ways to join a Zoom meeting, but the easiest way to join as a guest is to click the link that we are providing for you.

Note: You can join the meeting from your browser without downloading Zoom first. Joining meetings from a web browser gives you access to Zoom features you will need to participate in the Symposium Sessions.

Use the link we provided.

  1. Click the ATTEND SESSION invite on the Project Management Symposium website.
  2. On your web browser, a pop-up window will prompt you to open or download the application.
  3. In the pop-up window, click Cancel.
  4. At the bottom of the page, click the Join From your Browser link.
  5. In the pop-up window at the top-left corner of the screen, click Allow to allow Zoom permission for your microphone and camera.
  6. In the Your Name field, enter a display name.
  7. Click Join.  You will join the meeting as a guest.

How can I communicate with the presenter or host during the session?

Note that the Zoom audio will be set-up so that attendees are unable to speak or show their video. Please direct any questions related to the content of the presentation to the presenter via Q&A.
