Abstract: As civilization moves toward ever greater levels of interaction and complexity, demonstrated by problems like the climate crisis and homelessness, systems thinking can help us avoid having to say, “I didn’t see that one coming,” as we implement solutions. Biography: Keith Rosenbaum, Knowledge Programs Specialist
Keith, as part of PMI’s Thought Leadership team, supports the Knowledge Initiative through global engagement with various internal departments to disseminate project, program, and portfolio management market intelligence that delivers worldwide business impact and value related to new ways of working, regional challenges, and industry-specific customer needs.

During his tenure at PMI that began in 2007, Keith has successfully contributed to the building and sustaining of impactful strategic partner relationships with the former Registered Education Provider training organization community, various associations, and corporate and government entities within the information technology, systems engineering, construction, healthcare, education, and legal fields.

Prior to joining PMI, Keith spent 10 years in adult continuing education as a teacher, academic dean, and school director.

In addition to earning his Juris Doctorate at Touro College School of Law, he holds a New York State Registered Business School Teacher License in General Academics and attained PMI’s CAPM credential in 2019.
