Abstract:
We all know about IQ for intelligence and EQ for emotional intelligence. Now we are adding one more IQ2 or Integrity Quotient. Just as organizations have re-balanced their focus on hard and soft skills in hiring and promotions, many organizations are adding IQ2 to their people decisions. In this session, we will define IQ2, present its business case, share some examples of IQ2 in practice, take a moment to self-assess our current IQ2, consider potential obstacles to development, and share practical tools for increasing your personal and organizational IQ2.
