It explores how self-care, internal and external factors, and the aging process can impact an individual’s confidence levels. Participants will engage in discussions and activities designed to foster self-awareness, resilience, and empowerment throughout their careers. Focusing on:

  • The impact of confidence on health, job performance, and overall well-being
  • Understanding the significance of self-care in building confidence
  • Identifying internal and external factors that influence confidence
  • Embracing the aging process and its unique challenges and opportunities
  • Strategies for maintaining and enhancing confidence at any career stage
  • Creating a supportive work environment that promotes confidence

This workshop equips individuals with practical tools and strategies (e.g., GRIT, Emotional Intelligence, mindfulness) to cultivate confidence at any age, enabling them to navigate the ever-changing landscape of their careers with resilience and empowerment.
