We hear every day about the AI revolution, some about industry 4.0, lots about multigenerational workplaces, the gig economy, hybrid work, remote work, presenteeism, and much more.  Thoughtful analysts are projecting an even more rapid and complex set of changes for organizations and their members to navigate.  And, at the heart of all of these changes are the people who will have to make them.  So, what changes should we expect?  What trends have already been identified?  How might we respond to them when delivering projects for our organizations?  How might these trends interact?  What skills will PMs need most to be effective in the emerging new environment?
