Abstract:
Project management is a people business – and that ultimately is how success is measured. A project manager operates within a matrix different types of relationships and must be flexible in their mindset to be sure each type of relationship is maintained, understood, and developed so that the project goals are met. This presentation will identify and provide best practices on how to manage relationships internal to your client/PMO and externally; while ensuring that all key stakeholders are involved and working per the project manager’s strategy.
