Risk: Muse and Metrics – Quigley

TBD

On-Demand

Abstract:

Effective risk management is fundamental to successful project management. The saying “Well begun is half done” is attributed to Aristotle, which is valid for project risk management. Besides selecting the project strategy to achieve the objectives, we must identify, analyze, plan, track, and control. This presentation will tease out some of these. Specifically, a few approaches for identifying what can go wrong, and then we prioritize the most damaging and likely events and set up metrics to determine if the risks are imminent.
