But between user interviews, surveys, competitor analysis and research, it can leave you with a inconclusive set of qualitative noise. Data to the rescue. Modern tech companies use data to drive decision making, determine user sentiment, and drive growth and adoption by starting with the why, and leaving data until the end.

Biography: Damien Peters is a multifaceted professional with over a decade of experience in product management. He was a product manager at Zynga, Meta (formerly Facebook), and several startups. He worked in product management while living in Spain and has experience in practicing product management internationally.  Additionally, he was the head of product at two startups (Savvy Wealth & Camillion) where he drove company product strategy and built product culture. He founded Wealth Noir, a financial media startup, and led it through its acquisition to Savvy Wealth. Damien’s passion for product management stems from its cross-functional nature involving working across teams to ultimately deliver a product tailored to the user.

Outside of product management, Damien is an active real estate investor. He is the founder of WN Capital Partners, a private equity real estate firm investing in apartment complexes and hotels. He’s taken his passion for products users love to develop an amazing investor and tenant experience.

Damien holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland and a M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
