Below are the important deadlines for speakers for the 2020 Symposium.
| September 4, 2019 | Call for papers and case studies opens |
| November 11, 2019 | Last day to submit your abstract |
| December 20, 2019 | Acceptance notifications released via e-mail |
| January 27, 2020 | Speaker acceptance deadline |
| February 11, 2020 | Registration deadline for all speakers |
| March 30, 2020 | Completed papers and draft presentations due.

Please note that all selected speakers will need to register for the two day symposium by February 11, 2020 at the speaker rate of $350 (fee will increase after February 11, 2020).
