Abstract:

In this conference session, we will explore how ChatGPT, an AI-powered language model, can be an effective tool for project managers in the higher education sector to streamline planning a project. We will discuss the background of ChatGPT, its capabilities, and limitations, and share practical use cases of how it can help project managers to streamline their workflows and enhance productivity in a higher education context. Additionally, we will provide guidance on how to ask effective questions to ChatGPT, so project managers in higher education can get the most out of this tool.
