The Project Management Institute Silver Spring Chapter (PMISSC) is a registered component of the Project Management Institute®, the world’s leading not-for-profit association for the project management profession.
The Silver Spring Chapter provides an open forum for professionals in the field of project management in Silver Spring, Maryland and the surrounding Washington, DC metropolitan area. The chapter promotes the principles of the Project Management Institute through networking with and supporting other project managers, sharing project experiences, and providing continuing professional development efforts.
Our chapter normally meets, on the second Wednesday evening of the month (unless otherwise indicated).

PMI Washington, DC Chapter
The Washington DC Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMIWDC) was formed to serve the networking and education needs of Washington DC metropolitan area residents, which includes Northern Virginia, District of Columbia and Maryland.
The PMI Washington, DC Chapter is the largest chapter in the world with more than 11,000 members.
With monthly meetings, professional development offerings (such as certification review courses), periodic workshops, and a monthly newsletter, the PMI Washington DC Chapter strives to promote the profession of Project Management by and for its members, provide opportunities for project management education and the professional development of its members, and provide a framework for professional networking and social interaction among its members.
