In this presentation, the future view of transformation will be the intentional approach chosen to design the future organization, with the assumption being that these work cultures function well for organizations on the path of and embedded transformation in their DNA.
To execute this continual transformation work, the necessary muscle is excelling in delivering a way of working that is fluid, highly digital, and seamless in working across organizational boundaries. Sustaining future organizational excellence is built on the importance of innovation in the world of projects and the ways for creating experiences that matter. Future leaders will need to understand the importance of achieving integration across the execution landscape of prioritized projects within a portfolio.
