PMI Talent Triangle: Ways of Working
Biography: Ariel Trocino is a public health project management professional with ten years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects and programs from initiation to successful delivery. Currently, Ariel supports the Head Start Information and Communications Center project and is responsible for budget management, project performance, and client communication. Ariel leads the enterprise-wide Project Management Office (PMO) communications efforts, driving project management innovation and skill enhancement. In her work as the project manager for the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy Direct Services project, Ariel served as subject matter expert on complex public health issues, including supporting development of educational materials for health care providers while also managing project execution and resource delivery. Ariel holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
