Biography: Sandra Gollob is a public health professional with over 15 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, standardizing best practices, and evaluating processes. As a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO), she channels lessons learned from individual projects to drive organization-wide transformation and enhance project efficiency, accountability, and transparency. Currently, Sandra is part of the project management team for the National Child Welfare Center for Innovation and Advancement, responsible for establishing a project management technology infrastructure that supports real-time reporting of key performance metrics and monitoring overall contract health. Since 2020, she has also served on the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) Technical Assistance (TA) project, where she helped the team navigate significant growth in funding and scope. She transitioned the RCORP-TA project to a modernized project management system, developing low-code/no-code solutions to improve quality assurance, internal communications, and SOP adherence. Her efforts resulted in up to a 90% reduction in staff time burden for certain administrative tasks. Sandra holds a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) from Johns Hopkins University and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
